柚子胡椒奶油 Yuzu Kosho Butter

Despite its name, yuzu kosho is not sweet; it is a Japanese seasoning made from citrus peel, chili and salt. When combined with butter, it becomes unexpectedly smooth and refreshing, with savoury depth, bright citrus notes, and a gentle hint of heat on the finish.
