焦糖爆谷 Banoffee 生乳卷

靈感來自經典 Banoffee，以朱古力蛋糕包裹焦糖爆谷忌廉、新鮮香蕉及自家製海鹽焦糖醬。
忌廉並非加入焦糖爆谷碎，而是將真正的焦糖爆谷融入忌廉製作，完整保留爆谷經焦糖包裹後獨有的烘烤香氣與濃郁焦糖風味，口感依然細緻順滑。配上新鮮香蕉、朱古力蛋糕與海鹽焦糖，每一口都能感受到層層交織的香氣與口感，帶來意想不到而平衡的滋味。

Inspired by the classic Banoffee, this roll cake features a chocolate sponge filled with caramel popcorn cream, fresh bananas, and house-made salted caramel.
Rather than simply adding popcorn pieces, we infuse real caramel popcorn into the cream, capturing its distinctive toasted aroma and rich caramel flavour while keeping the texture perfectly smooth. Paired with fresh banana, chocolate sponge and salted caramel, every bite is layered, balanced and unexpectedly satisfying.
