奶鹽芝麻 Salted Butter Sesame

將有鹽發酵牛油包入貝果，底部沾滿日本芝麻焗製。牛油融化後慢慢滲入麵糰，同時將芝麻煎至香氣四溢，奶香、鹹香與芝麻香層層交織，越嚼越香。

Salted cultured butter is wrapped inside the bagel, with the bottom coated in Japanese sesame seeds. As the butter melts, it gently toasts the sesame, creating layers of buttery richness, savoury notes and a deep nutty aroma with every bite.
