The gentle richness of mascarpone enhances the caramel while balancing the deep notes of coffee and cocoa, creating a flavour that is indulgent yet refined. Each roll is served with a Lotus Biscoff biscuit—best enjoyed together for a delightful contrast of crisp biscuit, soft sponge and smooth cream in every bite.
