午夜麵包俱樂部的招牌原味貝果。選用日本麵粉、三溫糖及海鹽，並加入酸種發酵基底，經長時間低溫發酵約 16 小時熟成。加熱後外層微脆，內裡柔軟且富有嚼勁，麥香與發酵風味更為明顯。

Our signature plain bagel from Midnight Bread Club. Made with Japanese flour, cane sugar and sea salt, with sourdough in the fermentation base. Slowly fermented for 16 hours to develop a soft wheat aroma and gentle depth of flavour. Lightly crisp on the outside and chewy when warmed.
