Midnight Bread Club 最具代表性的生乳卷。
鬆軟細緻的原味蛋糕，捲入來自日本九州的 OMU Cream 純生忌廉。選用福岡及熊本牧場的新鮮生乳製成，乳香濃郁卻口感輕盈，入口細膩而不膩口。最後淋上自家製海鹽焦糖醬，焦糖的微苦與海鹽的鹹香平衡了忌廉的奶香，成為最經典、也是最受歡迎的口味。

A soft, delicate sponge filled with OMU Cream from Kyushu, Japan. Crafted from fresh milk sourced from carefully selected dairy farms in Fukuoka and Kumamoto, the cream is celebrated for its rich dairy flavour, silky texture and remarkably light finish. Finished with our house-made salted caramel glaze, this timeless combination remains one of Midnight Bread Club's best-loved creations.
